Can a PR agency using NewsPoint generate PDF files directly to the customer?

How long does it take to run the service?

Access to the service will be received within few hours after completing the order form, or after contact with the NewsPoint Customer’s Office. The access to services may be suspended for non-payment or breach of the Rules of the Service.

Do you require long-term cooperation?

No! You can use NewsPoint minimally for 3 months. Of course, the customer may choose the longer form of cooperation, which is associated with lower prices. In the event of interest in long-term cooperation (over one year), please contact the NewsPoint consultant.

What criteria must a portal meet to be included to the monitored media list? Does only the number of visitors decide?

We can add all open information resources selected by the Customer. Current monitoring of the area has been prepared primarily on the basis of the results of viewing of web sites. The popularity of the website can be understood as the strength of its impact on the opinions of Internet users. We monitor most opinion-making sites.

Do you offer a trial version?

Yes! Ii is possible to use 14 day trial version of NewsPoint. To take advantage of free samples, simply fill out the form on page http://en.newspoint.pl/contact. Access to the service will be received via e-mail.

How many people can simultaneously work on the system?

Each user is assigned to a unique NewsPoint account secured with an individual login and password. All employees having their separate customer accounts can sign in at the same time, regardless of their quantity.

Does NewsPoint provide with information on the sources of the articles?

Yes! Each title of the message delivered by NewsPoint has information about the source or the publisher. Similar articles which were published by a number of different publishers are grouped under one title with an indication of all the origin sources.

Is the site reported by the Customer to monitor also available for other customers?

If the Customer wants to add some resources (not included on the list of monitored sites) exclusively for personal use - we create an area for this individual monitoring. Other customers do not monitor these individually selected resources.

Can I publish the results of statistics and analysis of the media?

Yes! Please post the results with the following footnote:

What is a Newsfeed?

NewsPoint can be used as a tool to publish news. All articles submitted to the profile will also be published on the website. Publication of the results is managed by the Newsfeed module.

How do I add / remove a new address for e-mail notification?

Managing subscriptions is part of the profile search. To make changes to your email notification subscription list, click on the envelope icon on the right side of the name of the profile.

How do I change the words and search profiles?

Words and phrases are stored in your user profile search. You can have any number of saved profiles. To change the word, click on profile and go to Profile / Edit.

How many words and phrases can I monitor?

NewsPoint in no way limits the quantity of words and phrases used to monitor communications on the Internet.

When you search you can use the wildcard character "*", such as searching for "House" will receive a message with the following words: houses, homes, houses, homes, etc. In addition, NewsPoint provides you with an opportunity to make your search results more precise by specifying thematic categories, the information sources, the date of publication, the words excluded, etc.

What is the basis of evaluation of the service? Do I pay for each keyword, for each source?

How accurate are the search results?

The search technology was developed by the search engine NetSprint - an expert in the field of Internet search and Opoint - the leader of media monitoring in the Nordic market. Many years of experience of both companies has allowed both to apply unique search solutions.

In addition to standard search options offered by most search engines NewsPoint provide with Intelligent Search mode, which allows an extremely precise way to select only the information relevant to the customer. Intelligent Search can cope effectively with periodic trends of popularity of words, with the ambiguous word such as mead etc. The configuration of Intelligent Search is performed by the technical department of NewsPoint and requires consultation with the customer in order to have an in-depth knowledge of customer activity, and thus obtain optimal result.

Can my colleagues also receive news by e-mail?

Yes! You can recommend a selected article to your employees by e-mail, you can also add your business e-mail to the list of subscribers. For a detailed description of notifications edition, see the User Guide. Remember to add a new email address to your contacts in advance.

Can I receive news more often than once a day?

Yes! Configuring email provides with notification messages every hour throughout the working day, and in the evening. A detailed description of notifications edition you will find in the User Guide.

What time will I receive the news?

You can get results immediately by using NewsPoint online or at certain times, which can be defined by editing e-mail alerts in your profile.. A detailed description of notifications editions can be found in the User Guide.

Do you provide with press coverage?

The information gathered by NewsPoint comes from the Internet and traditional press (our partner in this regard is Newton Media company). All press editors and editors of electronic media have developed web sites, which publish most of the information available through the medium. The website can also contain more information or more extensive and detailed articles. The direction of the changes in the media suggests that the advantage of the Internet over regular media will continue to grow.

NewsPoint delivers messages online or e-mail. You can specify the delivery time limits freely – from hourly to weekly reports. Could I receive a complete list of sites monitored by NewsPoint?

Detailed information on the number of sites monitored are sent by e-mail. The list of services NewsPoint takes all newspapers online, the online issues of press titles, all the popular RSS feeds, online magazines of radio and television and frequently read blogs into account. The list ofsites NewsPoint Social Media includes most read blogs and forums.

Why should I use services offered by NewsPoint to monitor the Internet if I already have traditional media monitoring services?

NewsPoint has many advantages in comparison with traditional press monitoring:

Are there any resources that NewsPoint do not monitor?

NewsPoint monitors the majority of posted messages on the Polish Internet. The exception to this is the content posted on sites that require paid access, such as the popular online newspaper archives. You should distinguish between regular services and those that require registration and fees for access to the content.

NewsPoint does not keep track of information in the services of the second kind.

Our service was created for the Polish market, so we focus mainly on Polish blogs and forums. We can also easily customize services to meet the needs of partners from other markets.

NewsPoint Social Media not only visits web pages and downloads their content, but also presents the information in their order of appearance and enables the user to create an archive. Are there online resources that you do not monitor?

We do not monitor these blogs and forums, to which access has been restricted with passwords by system administrators.
