Apart from the media monitoring, we offer also service NewsPoint Reports, by what me mean preparation of in-depth media analyses. In our analytic work we use articles (and also posts and comments from blogs and forums) from internet monitoring. Our analyses regard coverage placed both in internet portals and – for the first time in Poland - user generated content (UGC).

To gather and further analyzing of media coverage, we use our two tools:

  • NewsPoint - a system which monitors websites;
  • NewsPoint UGC - a system which monitors forums and blogs.

Thanks to our cooperation with companies monitoring traditional press, radio and television, we can also prepare analysis of coverage from these types of media monitoring.

NewsPoint Reports fully present results of communication activities provider for a company or a product or a service realized by social or traditional media in chosen time period.

NewsPoint Reports present comprehensively communication activities for a company, or a product/service in traditional or social media in any period of time. Thanks to NewsPoint Reports we can also compare communication activities for few chosen companies (and also products, services, and brands). The NewsPoint Reports allow also to track chosen issues, for example “crisis on real estate market” etc.

We offer such types of reports as:

  • Issues analysis – this is a type of report focused on specified issue (for example „real estate market crisis”, „GMO” or „Iran elections”), way in which this specified issue is described and associated by media. We can also track specified industry (for example „public relations” or „financial advisors”). This type of reports gives information, in which way media are describing chosen issue and how positive (or negative) is their attitude. We can also prepare shortened version of the report, which helps by planning communication activities and preparing media list – it answers the question which media and who from the journalists write about specified issue most frequent.

  • Image analysis – the analysis of a company/a product/a brand/a service or a person image in the media. It answers the question, how a company, a product, a brand, a service or a person is perceived and described by media – what allows to evaluate if communication activities were well-chosen, effective and cost-effective. We can also compare the image for the same company, product, brand, service or person in two analogical periods of time to track its change.

  • Comparative analysis – analysis for few companies, products, brands, services or persons. This type of reports allow to make industry comparisons and presenting a company’s communication situation against a background of other companies with similar activity profile. This type of information is very important for companies from industries with many organizations offering similar services and products, so added values – such as image attractive to customers - became crucial. Comparative analyses, when used to companies chosen basing on industry ranks, allows also for comprehensive presentation of communication situation in the industry and most often used communication tools. It allows to creating new interesting ideas and ways of reaching customers and also distinguish from many similar messages.

  • Consumer opinion analysis – this type of report is based on content from NewsPoint UGC system, which monitors blogs and forums. Thanks to analyzing and classifying opinions, we can show how the internet conversation on a brand, a company, a product, a service (type of services) or a person is shaping. The material from this type of research allows also to catch spontaneously expressed customers’ opinions.

    To conduct our research, we use press-, blogs-, forums content analysis, combined with secondary data analysis (for example quantity of media coverage in specified time of period or quantity of media coverage on specified website).
